About

What We Do

Inner Tough Girls is a 501 c3 non-profit organization created to empower, inspire and educate women in their journey after cancer. We  are  committed in supporting women in their journey to health through nutrition, stress management and  exercise. Post-traumatic stress disorder, hormone changes, chronic fatigue and many other secondary conditions are all too often a part of life after a cancer diagnosis. Most of all, we focus on health – not our disease. Because after surgeries and cancer have gone, there is still life to be LIVED.

Angella Hamilton – Founder

Angella was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at the age of 36. Having a fitness background as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, she felt she had all the necessary tools to aid in her recovery. But it was when she started the Inner Tough Girl blog, as a way to communicate with friends and family about her dance with cancer, that she found a way to truly start living. After struggling with post-cancer issues, she began the nonprofit  Inner Tough Girls, bringing  knowledge and support to survivors of all cancer types.
